'Chagall' gives kids a hand in art appreciation
Talk about a traveling exhibit. "Chagall for Children" has journeyed to 22 museums across North America during the last 12 years. Developed by Kohl Children's Museum in 1996, the exhibit returned in 2004 and opens another home stand at the museum on Tuesday.
